Seven-day money-back guarantee

Before the Meltdown comes with a seven-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of purchase.

You can access the workshops and resources during this time. If you decide they aren’t right for you, simply request a full refund within seven days of purchase. You don’t need to complete the workshops or explain your decision.

How to request a refund

Email info@youruniquechild.com with the subject line Before the Meltdown refund request.

Please include the name and email address used for your purchase so we can locate your order.

Your refund will be returned to your original payment method. Once refunded, your access to the workshops and accompanying resources will end.

After seven days

Change-of-mind refunds are not generally available after the seven-day guarantee period.

If you have difficulty accessing your purchase, something is different from what was described, or you experience another problem, please contact info@youruniquechild.com so we can help resolve it.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, and the seven-day period does not limit any remedies you may be entitled to under applicable law.
